This is really amazing. I wish they would do this on the show, or something like this. You really caputured Sam and Freddie and how Freddie really does need to realize love is not the girl he's been crushing on since 6th grade- it's Sam! Lol, and I agree, I think they'll have to do Creddie(even though I'll hate it the whole time) before they do Seddie, even just so Sam realizes she's jealous or something.

This is GORGEOUS! I think at this point on the show Sam has realized her feelings but Freddie has no clue. I agree that he and Carly need to have a few dates so they he can see his "dream" realized and then deal with the result.

This was fantastic! I love your theory at the end of the fic, because it really makes perfect sense.

If it weren't one in the morning (and if I didn't have to wake up in too few hours to count) I'd dissect this for all the specific ways it's amazing and great. But for now I'll have to speak in more general terms.

You pick up the story at such a pivotal point. Right after she's watched them share that moment while dancing, and write when her confidence has been delivered quite the blow (with Nibby's --that's not his name, but I can't remember it at the moment-- rejection). It really drives home the emotional impact of seeing Carly and Freddy together, because up intil that point I think Sam was in denial about the possibility of Carly ever returning Freddie's feelings (even though deep down she must have known the potential was there).

I love how you explore Sam's complexity--her vulnerability, her love for Carly (that scene where Carly first comes in to comfort Sam when she's wrapped in blankets is particularly touching. Because it shows what a great friend she truly is to her).

The thing that makes me most nervous about the Carly/Freddie/Sam triangle is knowing what it is likely to do to their fantastic friendship. I like the note you end on, because even though Carly doesn't appear I feel like their three-some friendship is still salvagable, to some extent. Bexause Carly doesn't have as much invested in her relationship with Freddie (at least I don't think so). And seeing her dance with him in iSpeedDate made me realize that they don't have even near the chemistry that Freddie/Sam does.

Amazing job, Shreya. For a number of reasons I didn't list as well. ♥

I know I'll sound like an idiot or something like that but really all I can say is just, "Wow". WOW. WOW. WOW. WOW.

Very well written, I'm completely touched. I ended up attempting a story with the same type of format and, in my opinion, turned out nothing like it was suppossed to. Very nice adjectives, everything has a certain flow to it and just so intriguing that I love it. Definatly a fav.

P.S. The italicized words at the beginning and end are lyrics form the (deep, deep, REALLY BIG hole, deep) song "gravity" by Sara Bareilles. (I'm not quite sure if that was spelt correctly. Is their a second "i"?)

I was so excited to read this as soon as I saw it was posted but I was so busy so I never got around to reading it until now. But, as always, wow!
Your other iCarly fics were much more angsty, especially since Sam and Freddie didn't end up together in the end, and those were both wonderful fics, but I'm so glad you wrote one where they are together in the end, one that has a happy ending. I love your Seddie fics because each one is different and creative and handles different situations and it's all done wonderfully. Your writing style so beautifully weaves a masterpiece of a fic each time. While I personally think I like "Happiness" the best of all your fics, this was also amazing and a pleasure to read. The characters were perfectly in character and the theme throughout the fic of love meaning accepting and cherishing even the flaws of the beloved was applied perfectly to the story and to the Seddie relationship in general.
Ok, so looking back I realize this review will probably seem very disjointed and incomplete, for which I apologize, as it is past three in the morning... But I hope you get the point that I absolutely adored this and I cannot wait to read more from you! :-)

OMG iSpeed Date broke my heart in the end, but this story made it all better. I loved the part about the mismatched socks. Didn't Carly say in one episode that Sam never wears matching socks because she thinks it's bad luck?

Anyways, thank you for writing this brilliant fic. It made my day.

Wow. This was amazing. Seriously, it took my breath away. The only thing I would remark about is that there are a few grammar/spelling mistakes (they're/their and you're/your) but that's really about it! Great story!

I love how mature Sam was about the whole situation once she realized her feelings. It was heartbreaking to read that she was willing to give it all up just so her friends could be happy. I'm glad there was a happy ending. This is definitely one of my favorite post iSpeed Date stories.
