Great story! I love the idea of Kirk and Bones being reincarnated until Bones could save him.

Fun fact: the actress who played Hot Lips Houlihan on MASH was actually in an original series Trek episode, the pilot, "Where No Man Has Gone Before."

Wow that is soooo cool how you did all the different battles with the Trekkie characters it was sooooo awesome, but I think it would have been better if the different things were longer and had more characters cuz it certainly was a great idea and the writing was fantastic but it definatkw could have been longer with more detail and characters

I loved the different aspects, the Revolutionary, the Civil, the First, Korea (or was MASH Vietnam, never can remember which way they wrote it... know it was supposed to be one but paralleled the other or something like that... anywho, great 5 and 1. History sure comes in handy doesn't it?

Love your story! I also caught several M*A*S*H references, the first, obviously, was #4, with McCoy as Hawkeye, Uhura as Ginger, and Chapel as Hotlips. Then, Hotlips makes an appearance as a nurse on the Enterprise! I love M*A*S*H, I have every season.

You have a nice way of holding true to these characters. They fit in seemlessly through each time line they were placed in. Terrific work!

Nice idea. Only one qualm: The McCoys were famously on the Union side - one of the roots of the feud with the Hatfields - and there was actually a Capt. George Kirk who fought for the Union in the campaign in the mountains.

Not important really, and certainly there were probably McCoys in other states fighting for the Confederates, but its one of those pieces of family history I have to mention whenever I see a fic with Bones as a Rebel.

I found the MASH reference. it was to Nurse Houlihan in the 1 where Bones did save Jim. Very well done! A round of applause to your creativity. I was almost afraid that with WW1, Jim was going to take the car to a plane and the plane was going to be shot down like in Albsenya Henry. (sp) Anyways, great job!
