A bit gushy, but not bad. But I think you need to watch the first kiss episode once more: I'm absolutely positive that Felicity is not yet fifteen there! (13 and three quarters she states vehemently!)

You might want to take a look at your punctuation as well. Not that it's really bothering when you read the story, but it's a bit messy ;-)
