Interesting, I like the AU slant on this story, especially on Xander. The interaction between the characters is wonderful. Please update soon, I need to know what happens next.

You have just got to love the interaction you have between the characters in this fic. It almost feels like I'm watching one of those old gum-shoe movies, back when I was younger. Truly great story.

Damn, no new chapter. Ah well, reading the entire story again wasn't too bad anyway. I love anything you write, and this story in particular. Hope for a continuation soon.

I'm loving the concept of a tough talking Bogart-esque gum-shoe Xander wandering around a bleak film-noir (with a Joss Whedon twist of course) world searching for his Malteese Falcon. Billie Wilder would have been impressed. Can't wait for chapter four.

I'm so loving this... You've a very unique kind of writing. I love noir pictures, the last thing I saw was 'O Homem Que Não Estava Lá', I think you call it 'The Man Who Wasn't There' - it's a Coen's noir. Your AU's quite interesting. Can't wait to see what'll happen. Loved the way you introduced the Summers. And the others? Willow, Spike? Anya? Will they be here, too? And the Fang Gang?

I love this story. The jaded private eye is one of the most interesting archetypal characters around. I read this earlier and thought it was dead, but I am extremely happy to know it is alive and spectacular.

Ah, what film noir would be complete without the attractive waitress in a diner scene. I'm loving how you're adapting the genre and giving it a nice Buffy spin. It actually reminds me off a movie I saw on HBO once. It was also film noir, only with a magic twist. It wasn't quite as well done as this, though. Although, I must give them props for having the studio heads conjur up Shakespeare from the past so he'll write scripts for them. By the end of the movie Shakespeare had groupies and was talking on cell phones.

I seem to have gotten a bit off track here. Sorry. Anyways, I really enjoy the atmosphere of this story, it's a wonderful change of pace. Here's to hoping you keep writing it.
