I absolutely love this. It's like the moments between Aziraphale and Crowley that I wished were in the book, but weren't. Or like this prequel about Aziraphale and Crowley, only with added slash. Each chapter is so sweet, deep, meaningful and thought-provoking, which makes me so happy and my heart flutter because this is one of those really good fics that you happen to find and absolutely loved in the first chapter, and continue loving it as it goes on. :)

I read this last chapter in History class while we were supposed to be researching the American Revolution. Beautiful, simply beautiful. The entire fic is beautiful, but I think this little part here is my favorite. Keep up the great work!

OHOHOH!! This is so fabulous!! I think I died a little (In a good way of course) the characters are just so perfect and true and wonderful :') I would love if you wrote some more because it is so wonderful and beautiful and wow. Okay, as you can see Im getting abit too excited about this, but it really was fabulous!!

I'm quite enamoured of this story.
I only finished the book a few ours ago, but I quite quickly decided that I could use some Aziraphale/Crowley slash. This hits the spot perfectly. It's subtle enough to avoid desecrating the memory of the novel, and yet quite fulfilling.
I did find some of the pre-Athens interaction to be a little out of character, though. It seems to me like they would have simply stuck together because they wanted company our out of some proffessional necessity, not because of any friendship or fondness.

These were classic, you've really nailed the characters. I really enjoyed the snake!Crowley/Aziraphale interaction; the lust/love interplay and the art of sleep. All of it was lovely, really. Can't wait to see more from you with these two.
