Let me express Wow! with your story. What’s the possibility to stumble twice on the same fic in this huge fandom? It just happened for me this morning. I’ve read Dinner Dates some time ago & I really really very much liked it. But I was the lazy and ungrateful one to leave a review. Shame on me. But this time I’m paying you back (second time this morning because my first review was killed by lack of energy on stubborn laptop). I want to leave something more substantial than words: something like gorgeous bouquet of flowers or good wine.

As I said it is second time I read this & today I stumbled upon your review on Stars by fngrdust and lithtstardust. I liked your thought and with one click I was on your page and Rosalie and Emmett caught me. Thank you for them.

I’m intrigued by your characters. The confidence oozing from Emmett is better than Robin Sharma lectures or books. It’s one of the things that makes your story exceptional (there are tons of such emmetts but this is the epiphany. Maybe I made up something in my mind but his portrait won’t leave my mind. I just wish more such characters in the real world. All different studies “Why women are attracted to bad boys & etc.” say that main reason is confidence. & I totally agree with it. God thank you for Evolution. I don’t want to talk about love as some mystery, sunshine or miracle. In my world it is math/bio/chemistry. It is fantastic what our bodies do in order to have fun and reproduce. All those elusive calculations done to create best combination of next human generation, it fascinates me. & in this story I enjoy very much that two such a strong pieces in the end finally connects. They leave all those social habits/rules/bullshit & acts on instincts. Emmett’s ability to see through Rosalie raise him to perfect specimen oh a man. My heart makes a happy dance for their (possible) descendants. It’s true, nature hates emptiness due to this everything have their place. (Sorry for ramblings).

I enjoyed the whole story (their backgrounds, conflict and revelation) but Rosalie is precious gem here. Strong woman. These words leads me my whole week. In addition, I visited exhibit about one great and strong woman this week – Diane Arbur. Photographer of the ‘60s ‘70s. & Rosalie portrait gives me the same ‘aftertaste’ as Diane. I respect her and want to be similar to her. It’s said that we (women) make our living unbearable with created standards but it would be pleasure to try enact her confidence & power. Of course she is vulnerable but that’s why her Emmett is rock. Love your Rose.

My favourite Dinner Dates part is in the gym. I absolutely relate with the jumping rope episode. I’m jumping rope fan & Gravity is my friend. I love the speed of my heart just second after jumping session & the time you need to warm up and start really sweating. It’s endorphin factory easy detox of your body. & of course effect on man.

Gosh I loved this story. I read Alice & Jasper were Rosalie's parents & was like wtf, I had to re-read it because I thought I'd mis read it, very funny. Also I so did not see Michael & Emmett being the same person, good one. Any chance of making this more than a one shot after the competition? be kinda cool to see how she handles Alec.
