I've just finished a reread and though I enjoyed most of it and it's technically well written on finishing I found that I'm just as disappointed and annoyed as I was the first time. I love gender/sex swap stories particularly those that hit the hard middle ground where the swapped character is Not Okay with their sudden change but doesn't throw around misogynistic garbage about their disgusting and weak body and/or transform into a sexist cliche. It probably would have been my favorite big bang if you'd resisted the Convenient Miscarriage trope /pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/ConvenientMiscarriage) and actually let Tony have an abortion.

So is Tony gonna call himself Iron Maiden?

i am sorry to say this in that fact that i don't often care for the gender switch thing but i hope he stays female i really do this is interesting and unique and man i wish he hadn't lost the child and been given time to change his mind about the kid.
