Well done. Not the sorta story that usually catches my interest (action adventure, war, etc) this was a well written character piece for a great show. Thanks for writing this.

This story is absolutely incredible. I adore the father/daughter relationship being explored so thoroughly here. He claims he can't relate but with your writing it, he seems to be doing a magnificent job. I am enjoying her dialog and those cute little quips she is famous for and the occasional one he tosses back. I enjoy how they are airing past grievances willingly. It was so on the money for Artie to recognize that the discussion would be painful but that it was in his nature to dive headlong into it anyway. One of the most wonderful things about his character (and a unique quality at that) is that he can admit to making mistakes and make amends for them. You really picked up on it, and showed it so well. Loved the ending to the third chapter where she ends up taking his hand afterall. Can't wait for the next installment.

Please let the next chapter tell us what happened to Claudia and what's wrong! I really really really want to know!
