Anyway, aw; I love Rimmer in this chapter. :-D It's a very believable development for Rimsy heroism, too; he WOULD only do it because he got irritated/cranky/tired, and then he would be uncomfortable. I love when Rimmer is portrayed in a good light, and it's especially lovely since you've still kept him RIMMER. Can't wait to see how our boys rescue Kochanski. :)

Very nice chapter. :) I LOVE how you've got them so in-character; it makes for lovely reading. I especially appreciated the Cat's jacket bit. :) Plus, despite the fact that he sold of Kochanski, I like Captain Sliver. He's very decent and sympathetic for a simulant, isn't he? I wonder how that came to be... In any case, I'm enjoying this. :)

Lovely. :) I especially liked the napkin exchange between Rimmer and Cat, and how well you seemed to have gotten their voices down. It makes for an enjoyable read. (Though, as a minor aside, I don't believe asteroids are large enough to capture and maintain an atmosphere. That would make grass and breathable air difficult unless it contained a massive enclosed complex of some sort. Don't mind me; just taking astronomy this semester.) Very ominous and suspenseful ending there. ;) Can't wait to see what happens next!

Well, I've seen this story up on the Red Dwarf fanfiction archive's front page for a while, but I haven't checked it out until now. And I have to say, I'm quite impressed with this story now I've read it! I've read a couple of your other RD fics, and I've enjoyed all the ones I've read, so it's not a surprise I'd like this one as well. But I love how it's been going so far, and the direction you're taking it in will be quite interesting to read about :D Can't wait to see what else you're going to write, so update soon!! :D
