There are so many things I loved about this fic, but the most important is Arthur's character. Every thought, every action, and every reaction just fit his personality so well, I was completely speechless. All of his doubts about America responding to his feelings, his disbelief at America reacting to the kiss, the way he gave a genuine smile...all so perfect <3
