I like it!

I think you should expand the story a bit. If Davis is alive what if Zod tries to seek him out?

First of all, I would like to apologize for my english, cause I'm a french fan and I'm not exactly bilingual.

I would like to thank you for this ending wich is exactly what I hoped for the season finale. During all these episodes with Davis and Chloe, I was just waiting the moment where they could be together. The scenarists broke this wonderful story in a way I hate, that even I find pathetic.

I think the relationship between Chloe and Davis was one of the most beautiful story in all Smallville and it's a shame to have wasted it this way.

So I appreciate to read some fans like me, and persons like you who, in a someway, preserve this beautiful story.

The hug scene after Davis's split was awesome. it was so emotional. XD

This makes 100% more sense than went down in the 'finale'.

I liked it. But i like Chloe and Jimmy better. Don't get me wrong i cried during the finale, like a baby, but poor jimmy in your story. it made me depressed for him. and he's not real!

Yay! Another Chlavis happy ending/Doomsday rewrite! Thank you so much for writing this. :) It broke my heart when I watched the real scene on SV back in May. I cried for like five hours. The way the writers turned Davis into a psychopath and killed him off was so wrong; it was totally out of his character. If you want to read it, I started writing an AU Chlavis fanfic for "Doomsday" called "New Beginnings." It's my version for how the season finale (should have ended) and S9 with Davis and Jimmy still alive. Anyways, great oneshot!
