Interesting premise, and one that isnt' always explored in fanfic. I do agree Amanda would have some reservations/insecurities, but I question the timing/premise of your story.

She understood the danger and why Lee suggested a mystery marriage and her 'weepy' reaction seemed a bit out of character to me. Also, I'm not sure if you labeled this AU, but the public displays of affection would make it AU to me. In the office L/A went to great pains to keep a professional distance.

Again, I really like the premise, but timing and execution felt a little *off* to me.
