I love the relationship between Janice and Jim here. I'm not quite sure what the part with Ambassador Selek means though. I'm guessing that he's the older Spock but why does he look at Sulu and then hide behind Jim?

This is lovely and heartbreaking. Rand and Kirk are so broken in this, but I love how they've sort of put themselves back together by leaning on each other. I love the nail painting throughout and I love Beauregard the plant (yay Sulu!). A wonderful character study of an oft ignored character who is totally bad ass.

i like the nail polish thing they share. its like something they do together that proves to each other that they're okay.

You know I love this fic! It should have like 10 reviews it's this awesome. Janice Rand always needs more love, and this fic couldn't be more perfect a portrayal of her.
