Huzzah! Tis Faris Sherwiz, enjoying the pirate's life; stead of just being a pirate in name and a total sap about keeping Lenna(and the world, can't forget that) safe. I always pretended during the escape from Karnak that Faris insisted on looting everything before it burned.
Was nice to see mention of Syldra, I always thought she needed more attention considering the amount of grief Faris shows whenever she's mentioned. All these little details and tidbits you are adding in have got me hooked. I love it!

Wow. Much darker than you usually see FFV. Not a bad thing though, it could use a dose of reality. I like it so far. Though I am mentally substituting 'Boko' for your La'mere. Tis just not the same.
