Have to say really good read so far and im really hooked into the story. Bring on chapter 3!

Saren hates and distrusts humanity way too much for him or Shepard to convincingly have any thoughts of romance, Garus I find as boring as Alenko. Can see something evolving with Shepard and Williams as she grows as a person under Shepards command. Liara possible, what about Dr Chakwas for something out of left field ( she does like soldiers with sensitive souls), Decision is yours to make, good luck, story is interesting and keeps you reading and wanting more. Hopefully soon.

Nice writing so far, I'm intrigued to see a shepard thats so military, most ppl portray her/him as a goody two shoes. Mind you I dont mind seeing a good guy shepard, but its mostly the one role I see when people are playing the game or writing any mass effect fanfic. I got one issue though with having saren as a romance interest, there is the fact that he hates humans.

I have never read a Mass Effect ff. I have loved all your previous works. And i an a giant Mass Effect fan. I look forward to this.

I'm really interested in how you'll manage to make a plot out of Mass Effect. It always felt too impersonal to me, not enough immersion.

you missed so much that you could have done two points in the story were missed such as the dock workers and the sleeping enploey, over all doing good. (Sorry bit of a mass efeact fan)
