Awesome ending, Dean apologizing and taking care of Sam again. I'm sure it's not Dean's cup of tea, but instead of hearing Crazy Train at the end, I was hearing Pat Benatar's 'We Belong';-)

Oh, poor Sam, hurting and convinced that Lucifer is trying to trick him by being Dean, just like he pretended to be Jessica. So sad that Sam's muddled self is convinced that his brother can't possibly be there. And then you flip the scene around and see it from Dean's pov, trying to figure out how he can fix Sam, fix things.

Whoa, great job describing Dean's thoughts about how wrong he'd been, and how much he needs his brother in the first bit. Love seeing protective big brother Dean again. And then the twisted, scrambled view of what's going on that Sam is seeing in the second half. Awesome.
