I like the idea, but i'm a bit unhappy with how un-slytherin Harry is. It doesn't seems smart to just spew out all kinds of personal and negative things to someone he doesn't know. And if he did know who draco was on the train (malfoy, pureblood, death eather fater etc) it doesn't read that way.
And Draco freely telling him of Snape being a Death eather to someone he met that same day strikes me as foolish. How does he know Harry isn't sent to spy on the Slytherins? If these are Snape's pride students I fear for the rest of that noble house...

Still going to try the next chapter though :D

Rodolphous can't be Taryen's son because Taryen is 40 which would make Rodolphous 20 meaning Taryen had him at 20 but this can't be possible because
Rodolphous graduated one/two year's before Jame's and Lily meaning that Lily would of been five when she gave birth to harry but she wasn't so Lily would be
around thirty five meaning she's older then Rodolphous which is impossible refering Taryen can't be his dad and/or 4o isn't his real age
