To be totally honest during some parts I had no idea what was going on and was downright confused at some points, but I still have the sense to know this was a really great story. The ending made me choked up and close to tears. That in itself is enough to know this was a great story even though it gave me a headache. ^_^' Sorry, just honest. Over all the greatness of this story made up for the parts where I was confused. But hey, that's just me. I get confused sometimes. Lol.

As I have noticed you are a writer I have read quite a few works on before, I must add that this is perhaps the best of the work you have put out. While the other works of yours have more action and more attempts to be a story more in terms of what we are accustomed, none show such sheer and delicate artistry as this particular piece.

The length of it was suitable (though all your works tend to be on the shorter side). Had the work been any longer it would have lost its fragile balance.

Simple but well done. While not fraught with action or eloquent plot, not evokative and heart-rending this work is very well done. The tone of the work is soft and contemplative, giving the slightest details while hinting of more. It is quite suitable for such a shorter work that is more recollection and half-worded thoughts.

I honestly don't know what to say about this story. You've rendered my almost speechless. Language of the Dogs is one of the best fanfictions I have ever read, definitely the best in the Inuyasha fandom, and possibly one of the best stories I've read as a whole, fanfiction or otherwise. It was absolutely beautiful, in a tragic way, and I adored the intense, emotional format the writing was done in. Kudos, Selah. This was gorgeous.

This seemed to be a very surreal story to me. It was hard for me to understand what happened and when sometimes. Yet, I found I liked it anyway.

wow...that was intense, and very different. i think liked it alot, aside from the ending, because it was too sad for my taste but wow. you've got to be pretty creative to come up with something that out there! it was good, but i can't decide if i really like it.. i don't know what to make of it!
