I don't think that this can stand as a one-shot. There's not enough to the story - which is often very tricky with Diary stories. They either need to be 50 odd chapters long to get a story out or they diary bits need to be parts of the story and not the whole story itself.
As it is currently, I think that you need more to the story for sure aside from: Met - Adopted - One Antic.

Funny! Loved it, darlink ( darling, with a K! )! This was well written and I laughed at the Monkeyshine part... I usually have Mistoffelees either call him Monkeytap or Munkustrip XD Poor Munku, always being picked on by cruel authors...
