I love Giles-Xander moments. This was just the Father/Son chat that was needed. Nice Job!

Gotta say this should have happened on the show- it was a total copout on the writer's part to just let Xander off- even if he didn't mean to hurt anyone they should have at least mentioned that it resulted in deaths. Good job on rectifying that- if Xander acted like this on the show I might actually like his character again.

This is really good. I'm glad someone dealt with Xander summoning the demon. :) And I love scenes between Xander and Giles, so that was a definate bonus.

I really liked this story about Giles. He's a fascinating character who I believe has unexplored depths... this story gives a great insight into Giles as a person, not just 'the Watcher'.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this earlier. I think this is a great point and someone (are you listening, M.E.?) should've made it sooner-Xander always gets away with his mistakes. Nice to see Giles calling him on them. AT LAST.

Okay, I couldn't help but have Star Wars flashed on the "dark side is always easier" line, but it was really good. Liked the whole bit with Giles thinking of Willow as a daughter.
