I think her wish should be, that she could go back in time to before, the parachute jump.go into the place where they were kept and rip them all up. so no body can jump.

or before hand follow Lydia's every move, try and catch her at it. call the police and the ** will get arrested.

Or failing that, she could wish that Lydia had never met Sarah.
