About the "unfinished effect" as stated in the comment preceding mine, I think it seems proper to leave it hanging somehow... to capture a fleeting moment in Legolas' consciousness, as it were. :D I dunno how to word the thought exactly, because I'm no master critic, but I think you know what I mean.
