Ohh things are moving fast!
Part of me thought that maybe Elizabeth would have liked to go to Mr Bennet's funeral but I loved the fact that Lady Catherine intrrupted when she did. I hope that they have Darcy with them as they might end up feeling a bit lost.

I think it's going to be particularly interesting to see how Lizzie is in this new society and setting and I suppose it goes along with them themes of nature/ nuture which is something I find particularly interesting.

I hate saying it as I know its annoying but Update soon!

i didn't read this the first time, but am enjoying this so far. crazy mrs bennet stealing children, always a good start. i can't wait to see how they adjust, and i really really hope darcy still falls in love with lizzy, but with lady C resuing them and her decree about her own daughter, there still might be drama. hopefully not too much! :)

Elizabeth, while I do miss the original version, I am So Happy to see you working again :)

I can't wait to see more of your Lady Catherine. Is she still going to press Anne on Darcy? Will she champion Elizabeth? Is she a lion or a lamb? A wolf or a fox?

Another fantastic chapter. I love the pacing of this version so much more then SC1, it allows the story more room to breathe and evolve! Can't wait for more!

I can certainly understand Elizabeth's reaction upon leaving Longbourne. No love lost there between her and the woman she thought was her mother. I'm really interested now to see how Lady Catherine treats her, knowing that she's her niece, and how the rest of the family receives her and Jane.

Thankyou for this new chapter. However, I didn't quite like the last part: Lizzie, and especially Jane, are too good to leave their sisters and mother so easily to follow a stranger. I know that Lady De Bourgh is their ount, but they don't know her, and Mrs Bennet, despite her faults, remains the woman who brought them up, who loved them.

This story makes me so happy! Please write more soon! I absolutely love it. I do wonder if Mr. Collins will choose one of Mr. Bennet's actual daughters or if he'll choose Charlotte again. Oh and I desperately await to see reunions. Especially if Elizabeth's father is alive. I can just imagine how emotional that would be. And I'm also interested in seeing if Lady Catherine is at all different to Elizabeth now that she's her niece. Keep writing!

Hey! I read your original version of this story quite a while ago and enjoyed the concept so much that I checked for updates almost daily until at last I despaired of it ever being completed. After a while, I stopped checking altogether. Imagine my delight, therefore, at finding this new (and improved) version being posted recently. I eagerly anticipate the next installment!
