This was a lovely little AU pre Faith. I really enjoyed everything except is only two chapters long and so are the incomplete The Clinic which I loved, and Relinquished...

But hey, Thunderbird is complete so I have high hopes. I hope sure hope you'll write more of everything soon and I hope your computer came home from the hospital.

OMG, how do you do it? I swear, you write the most beautiful things. Honestly, you didn't do too bad with the spelling errors and whatnot that you mentioned - it looks a lot like what happens when I write really fast. You must know the feeling - the story is right there, literally falling off your fingertips, and you can barely type fast enough to keep up with it. I kind of got the sense that that's what was happening here! (Then again, I could be completely insane. It's been known to happen!) I really like this. Like all of your Supernatural fics, it manages to hit me just right in the heart - which isn't necessarily a good thing, but it's not bad either. It's hard to explain...

I have to ask, where did you hear that about season 5 being the last? I hope to God it's not true!! I will be very sad if it is. But everything's gotta end at some point, although it's never really over - that's where fanfiction land comes in! Supernatural is a never-ending saga. I'm rambling, and getting farther and farther from what I'm trying to say.

Um... yeah. Sorry this is so long and rambly. Anyway. I really hope you continue this, as soon as your possessed computer allows, because it is really good. And I'm excited to see it tie into "Faith". Good luck with the story - and your computer. If things aren't fixed soon, I might have to send Sam and his freaky psychic stuff over there to pull that demon out and send him back to hell. Or maybe I'll send Cas instead... (Been watching season 4 lately, can you tell?)

Excellent job, and keep up the great work!

Well you KNOW what my favourite part was. The head cold on top of all the other health problems, that makes Dean constantly sneeze and sound all congested and become PRACTICED and sneezing, swearing and blowing his nose all at once - AGH. &hearts

This part also destroyed me a little bit in a good way: "It was a revelation that had released him and leveled him to nothing, all at the same time." John, John, John... with the not putting Dean right up there with yourself. Good thing Sam's made Dean his priority. It was interesting reading about Dean as a hunter who might hold John back - who really actually might - and whose skills *weren't* honed and who *wasn't* the total Mr. Badass Worldly **-Kicker we know and love. Really interesting to think about him getting out there when Sam was at Stanford and starting *then* to get to know his craft, to get really good at hunting. Very AU of you.

"Dean knows he can’t help himself." SO freaking SWEET. Sam just needing to feel Dean's heart... just needing to. And Dean letting him. I love it.

"Dr. Mahoney – whose name would’ve likely reminded eight year-old Sam of a baloney sandwich, Dean has time to think..." He! This was completely unexpected and adorable.

Thanks for a thoughtful, hurtylicious, sneezetastic read, complete with man-snuggles. ♥

i love this, sam and dean building up their relationship and poor chronically sick dean and john is such a jerk in this, i agree with sam that by not looking out for our sick child is unforgivable especially when its a long term thing, i hope john at least makes an effort but it can't undo what it did, but im looking forward to protective and caring sammy, adorable dean and lots of brotherly bonding

That was really cute ^^ I liked it and I really hope Dean agree with the transplant and survive to all of that ^^ I love the way they are connected in this alternative universe ^^
I'm really waiting for the next chapter. And we all know that
with your computer problems you would have some problems to answer the reviews, but I think eveyone knows that you are happy with then ^^ Don't worry about it
Kisses and keep up the good work

Great update! I just love this story... I'm glad there will be at least one more part. I do hope you can get your computer woes sorted out -- that just sucks. My computer is acting strangely -- I know the signs when I see them, so I feel your pain...
