I loved that last line. You really got Kitai's irritiation to both Tavi and Alerans in general down. I love how you left the other thief stranded but I would have liked to see when Tavi caught her from her point of view.

The mention of watching the mating rituals was slightly voyuer-ish but a very Marat like.

All in all it was pretty good- a littl too much detail on the theiving and items stolen but still a good story.
