Don't have time to do a legit review right now, but as always: Beautiful. F**kin' Beautiful. Everything about it. The way you drop hints to be clarified at the end (like the emblem on the envelope) to the strength instilled in someone by a newborn child. And I'm really getting behind the premise of this story.

Very few people I would choose to convey the hectic, overwhelming, and loving moments of the birth of a child (not to mention the circumstances [age, location, family, single parent, conflict between biological parents, etc]). And you are undoubtedly one of them.

This is such a great start to what I know is gonna be an awesome story :D It had just the right amount of angst with just a touch of the Jalex sweetness that we all love, so who could not like that? I'm kind of bummed by the fact that Justin has a son whose mom is someone totally irrelevant (IMO anyway), but I have to admit it kind of made my heart swell a little when Justin was having his "I'm a daddy" moment. 'Cause really, that's just adorable.

And of course, the Jalex. It's sweet that Alex has no doubt in her mind that she's going to be there for him, no matter what.

"He told her he was hoping she’d say that, and she felt a tidal wave of emotions she didn’t want to think about. Because she needed to think for once in order to pull it off. “Everyone’s going to tell you that you can’t do it alone, but lucky you that you won’t have to.”"

I loved that part. <3
