xD Oh, everyone sees it. There are even times when Kirk lets his eyes linger then flicker downward. It's so obvious.

And whenever he does go over to the science station, he almost always at least lays his hand on the back of Spock's chair or on his console. Shatner is a trained Shakespearean actor, and in classical stage acting deliberately touching something makes it an extension of your self - and declares ownership of that thing. It's not the chair or console that ownership is being declared over, I can tell you that for sure.

Curious choice of symptom, to have his mouth water. It almost makes it seem like he wants to go over and bite Spock, and considering the piece of anatomy that's drawing his attention, that would be... awkward beyond words. Just seems like a strange thing to mention, that's all.

I like it. You should keep going with it. Longer chapters perhaps.
