Once again, I find myself entranced by the whole concept of this Firefly universe. I never thought I would like Freya, but she is so well-rounded as a character, and she is PERFECT for Mal. I've loved seeing everyone move on from the tragedy of Miranda and the BDM, no holds barred. I also love the undercurrents of danger, and 'oncoming storm' as it were, and that is what I have always loved about your stories - they are well planned, extraordinarily well written with great character observation. Every nuance and gesture is absolutely perfect. Can't wait to see where the next adventure takes them.

Very nice. I like the structure of this, especially at the party, and the conversation between River and Freya is particularly apropos. You did a good job of preserving the warmth and fun while not completely letting go of the underlying tension and prepping for the next episode.

Another fine storyline...please, keep it up.
