Well written. I loved picturing the little girls with pillowcase veils. I'm glad in your story Leah and Emily are friends again. You may be right, a snap decision, done deal may indeed be a romance killer. They do seem to be filling the roles of old married couples rather than romantic young lovers, good job pointing that out!
