Whoa - I was not expecting that at all. I like Devon, but I especially liked how he gave permission to Casey in his dying breath to watch over Ellie...! That kind of leaves the door open, hmm? ;)

Nice start - it is a bit different than most of the other Jellie fics; for one, I was surprised it started with Devon's POV. :) I liked the way he brought up the question about Casey at the dinner table, and the various reactions - funny!
I also like how you tied a mission into the story - a little angst - for the excitement. Okay, I am hooked. Thanks!

Oh, this is G-O-O-D! I can't wait to see what happens next. Even though I can barely stand Ellie with Devon, I still like him and you've done well with him in this story. I loved it when he referred to John as the John-meister! :)
