Looks pretty good. I take it you are following the OVA storyline, which is alright. Like JonathanD suggested, I'd take a look at some of the mangas to get more insights to the characters. It doesn't really matter since this is fanfiction, so it is possible to just use the OVA's as a basis. I'm interested to see what happens next. Most A!MG writers like to put Keiichi in some kind of afterlife with Belldandy since she is a goddess. This doesn't seem to be the case in this particular work. Keep it up.

Well done but not exactly following the oh my goddess story line. Well unless you go by the ova. Even if Keiichi was to kill over I don't think it would conclude his relationship with Belldandy. Mainly sence Belldandy is a goddess so even if he died she could still be with him in heaven. If you check in the manga the characters do have a spirit.

So they would either meet again in heaven or meet again when ever he was reincarnated. That is if Belldandy didn't bring him back to life, and who ever says she wouldn't do that if god told her not to try reading the Lord of Terror. She defies the head god more then once.

damn this is depressing...I thought Goddesses couldn't lie (i.e Belldandy explaining how she met Keiichi in the mountains which wasn't true) guess she must have been hanging out with Kei too long, well this was really good

You've shown Urd to be a lot less compassionate than in the Manga.
