Hey, this is good! I stopped reading fic for a while while writing my own--but I'm always psyched to see a good start to a breakfast club fic. I think the fight between Bender and Claire sounds totally realistic, as does his reaction to his hometown.

As far as I can remember I really enjoyed your other TBC story and this one again starts very promising. I like your unobtrusive, unschmaltzy style and the bang on target deadpan wit you write your Bender with. Just carry on in this quality!

I'm glad to see that your continuing your story. I just finished your first part, Look My Way and I enjoyed it a LOT.

It's sad to see that John is hurting and telling himself that he has become what Vernon and his father always said he was.

I can't wait to read some more and the big Claire and John meetup...will there still be sparks? Will things be different? Can they finally prove John's brain wrong and find that Happily Ever After?
