very sweet and funny and totally them! I especially liked that part of Casey in Paul's office hilarious but the dialogue and Casey's reasoning was right on for the characters!!

Yeah, you were right that was incredibly mushy. But in a cute, eyes mist up sort of way :)

Paul has much more character than some people give him credit for. He's, like, to cool. Loved the line -- “But they actually have a degree. That makes them seem so much more…intimidating, don’t you think?” -- totally makes sense in Casey's world. *rolls eyes*

The ending was really cute. I like that you did make him laugh, even if it only consisted of a simple --“Ha,” he whispered -- Very cute.

Omigod, this is freaking PERFECT. I don't know how you do it, but you write Derek and Casey (and Paul, who is awesome and so unappreciated) so amazingly, and it just takes my breath away every time. Never stop writing, because you have a real talent.

Since the fandom's been pretty slow lately, I squealed when I saw you had a story up, and then I finished reading and squealed some more. Yes, I have a problem.
Anyway. This story is so sweet, it made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. I loved how they were both so real with each other.
Paul is awesome as usual and I was just freakishly happy to see Edwin make an appearance in this too. Driving for a couple of hours just to talk to Paul or tackle Edwin is so CASEY! I love it!

That was great. That seemed much more realistic (Casey's freak out, that is) than her freaking for about a minute and then getting it on with Derek. :)
