Ah yes! Some more fanfiction involving these two around here! Now that I have stopped fangirling, I will go over to the actual review now.

I like the idea of the whole story, there are a lot of contradicting emotions when it comes to this pairing, and I will be looking forward to see the next chapter. You've kept the characters in character, Sougo seeing the blow coming was normal, although I do wish to know why Gintoki appeared in the first place, I assumed he just popped up to annoy Hijikata. The dialogues between them were also amusing, insulting Gintoki's hair doesn't get old now does it?

As I said before, I enjoyed it and I hope to see an update soon! (May I ask which emotion will be explained next or shall it remain a secret?)
