Because he's Kiba. Actually, it's because the females he's likely dealing with are Sakura, Ino, Hinata, and Kurenai, and NO ONE ever wins against any of them. Sakura and Ino are Sakura and Ino; Kuranai will Genjutsu you into agreeing with her if you annoy her that badly; and while Hinata doesn't usually fight, if she really feels strongly enough about something that she'll fight... she doesn't lose. You'd think that he'd have put two and two together. Still, this is really funny, and I definitely like it.
