Beautifully depressing, but laced with hope!...I'm so angsty...

At first, I had been confused coz I thought it was a Sasuke-comes-back-to-Konoha- story.

But then I began to understand and... I fell in love with it.

It has a tragic air to it, so I'm kinda sad and happy all in one and I'm actually anticipating the worst.

But unlike most of the popular Sci-Fi ficcies I've read in this fandom, yours actually makes sense a bit xD

And plus it takes on a different kinda plot, like Sakura is not exactly... human? but despite that she's still, a doctor. Hm.

Though the part that .doesn't. make sense is that I thought that Sasuke and Sakura were teammates, so I was expecting Sasuke to at least remember her...

But anyways, I love how you started out, I was seeing this monotone-silent hill scenery going off in my head, with the whole dream and then waking up in this creepyarse hospital.

The memory of the conversation about smiling was a very nice touch. Because you managed to link it back to the present where she actually felt like smiling, showing the extent of how isolated she was from the world.
