The only SakuraxSai fic where it actually seems like Sai is totally in character while professing his interest in Sakura. Kudos, he's a difficult character. And it was hilarious that he propositioned her *before* mentioning being interested in an actual relationship with her, but did take the time to go through the necessary steps to show his interest in her. That's just so...Sai, right there, in a nutshell. He and Sakura seems to work somehow, in this fic.

Also, I really liked that she moved out, and moved on, and became happy in her life and herself before she got into a relationship with Sai. He didn't save her from loneliness, b/c she wasn't - she has a job she likes and is good at, friends she loves, and is ok with who she is. Sai just added to her life, w/o you implying she was incomplete as a person for not having a man before.

Anyway, I just like the way you word things too much, so its all good. The random sakura/sai sex was a little off-throwing but at least it was at the end. and again Off-screen boy sex! (I'm getting waay too happy about that)
