I'm glad Snape didn't die though! I hated him throughout the entire series until I knew about his past. Then it was more of a loving animosity.

This is certainly an improvement over the Epilogue. Here's hoping the Ministry doesn't want to get rid of Snape for being too alive to suit them, though.

Why do the Severus-survives-and-returns-to-Hogwarts usually have him returning to teach Potions? Isn't there anyone where he resumes teaching DADA? Good fic anyway.

This story is very sweet. I'm glad that Snape didn't die, his death always struck me as rather pointless. Harry would make an interesting professor, Hermione would be too demanding and difficult. Although you'd certainly learn a lot in her class.
