This was really good. The characterization you used for the four was perfect in my opinion, and the way you chose to end the story was great. Wonderful job.

THE ONLY THING IS, I don't know if you can change this (cuz I've never posted a fic on here), but in your summary, it says "With the final hand at STEAK" instead of stake! Just wanted to let you know.

Of the fics I've read, the few in the Left 4 Dead section, not many have the characterization as perfect as you did in this one. I absolutely love how you portrayed Nick, and all the little card/poker references were just so wonderful and so a part of his character I'm not sure it would have read as well as it did without them. Absolutely wonderful, hope to see more from you in this section.

Whoa, hey, this was great! Its nice to see a Friendship fic in relations to Nick and Ellis for once. I really enjoyed Nick's perspective on what he would've done verses what he was doing, now that he decided to stick with the others (folk he really couldn't bring himself to ditch).
