very very well done! I told myself I'd read some of it, get up and do something, and read some more, but I couldn't stop. Its also interesting to see a story told without actually using dialogue too, and it seemed quite appropriate. Defnitely a fave!

Okay, those last paragraphs...so powerful. That's all I can say...the way you kept his narrative, even after he was gone, was so perfect. It was detached, and utterly heart-wrenching. I just can't stop reading this, and tearing up.

Beautiful, the grammar was a little off in places, but beautiful non the less.

The way you write from Soul's point of view in that detached way is absolutely wonderful, it's almost poetic. It's as if the blocks of paragraphs are expanding on the lines of a poem - the lines in between the block of paragraphs )

That was such a sad story! Even though it was a very good one. I really liked the amount of detail in it. It kept it alive. Plus the fact that you managed to keep him in character at the same time is amazing. This is sooo going on my favorites.
