when you first started tlaking about the black lion i though it was harry, walking around in his animagus at night without knowing it. I think ron should be a wolf, consitering his large family, pack, that he wouldnt live without. Snape i think should be something more sleek and ,ade for sneaking not open combat, i would make him a black panther, i think draco would be a dracon, but a horse as a fair 2nt. I agree with you about Hermiony tho, she would ether be a lynx of a vixen. cant wate fro the epalog!

Thank you so much for updating! And I hope that the epilogue cleans up rather nicely, so as you can get started on that sequel (if it’s still a go, that is!) asap! I seriously can’t remember when I first started reading this fic, but I nearly *died* when I saw that it was updated, as my email informed me a few days ago…and I’m very proud of myself that I took the time and was able to exercise restrain over reading that final chapter, re-reading the entire thing instead. And, yeah, I’m speechless…

But a few things are coming to mind now…Loved how Lucius disappeared. Question though, was it his spell that destroyed the book, or was it someone else’s, like Dumbledore…it would be interesting if it were Mr. Malfoy Sr., as he would now be labeled a traitor.

Not that it matters much, because the Dark Lord has been vanquished! Huzzah! And I like how you had it go down too, with Harry being triumphant with the help of his friends (really cleaver how Hermione, Ron, and Draco kept tabs on the fight, and helped in a major way), and of course, his father-with that, Harry *finally*, *truthfully* came to terms with being Severus’ son. And I like it. That and Lily’s acceptance of the pair of them makes this chapter all the more stunningly beautiful.

But I sincerely hope that Real Life can stay out of your way for a bit for you to finish this story to your satisfaction. It would be good to have it finished; I think…all the more reason for you to pick up a few other plots that are surely bubbling away on the back burner, eh? Or…you know, there’s that sequel you’ve mentioned a few chapters back…

Anyway, just know that everyone who’s read this and has any scrap of knowledge about how wrong J.K. Rowling was for hating her own brilliantly crafted greasy git of the dungeons, loves this fic to pieces, even if they’ve never reviewed before. For you truly *are* the one who started it all and brought that greasy git out of the dark and gloom and gave him a heart. For that, I am eternally grateful.

Amazing story!

Okay, this is one of my favorite stories /ever/, but I wanted to note two things. Dumbledore tells Harry that Lily learned Glamourie from Harry's Irish witch grandmother. Who was this? Lily is Muggleborn, and James's mother wouldn't be Harry's grandmother in the parameters of this story. Also, Dennis and Colin Creevy were also Muggleborns- their dad was a milkman. I wasn't sure if you were mentioning Xander Creevey at random, or to reference those characters.

But seriously, this is an incredibly enjoyable story, and I like how you basically keep them in character... also, you have succeeded in keeping Harry from being horribly annoying (something to fear, yes). I'm always pleasantly surprised when you update this; I applaud your perseverance there. Also, I thought of your story while watching all of the HP movies with friends this past week. In the first movie we kept joking that Harry'd see Snape in the Mirror of Erised because "Snape is Harry's real dad!" And in the OOtP movie, when Snape is teaching Harry Occlumency, it goes back to the mirror, and Snape walks up behind Harry and is reflected in it. We couldn't stop laughing.

How did the morning after pill never cross Lily's mind? And I think Snape deserves to die for being a rapist even if he did it RELUCTANTLY. Bullshit that he and Harry are now going to try a relationship. No boy (hopefully no girl as well) would ever be ok with becoming close to his mother's rapist even if it was his father.
