That was a really good story i loved it you don't really think about Christmas from anyone else's point of view and that was just a great way to do it.

I really liked the arc you created between age 8 and age 38. You brought the story full circle and you did a great job of illustrating the different phases of Booth's life. I especially liked the new perspective you created from the episodes we've seen. Nice story!

So I have absolutely adored the last couple of chapters. I honestly didn't read more than the first chapter the first time I saw it, because I wasn't sure I wanted to read about Booth's abusive childhood Christmases, but I'm glad I came back to this. (Mostly because I know you write wonderful things, and I trusted you.) You've taken this to a really good place, and now I've got some warm fluffy feelings to keep me going.

I started reading this fic because a friend recommended it to me. I'm glad I continued reading, because after the first few chapters, I thought this was a little too depressing for me. But I really enjoyed how that veil of sadness on Booth gradually lifted as the chapters continued. And he was enjoying Christmas once more.

I look forward to the next chapter :)
