sorry this is driving me crazy- I thought at first you weren't a native English speaker, but your profile indicates that you are from the UK so I feel no qualms about pointing out your continued misuse of the following idiom...you have misused it in each of the Labyrinth fics you have written (all 3 or 4)- they are good by the way, the idiom is:

"be that as it may"

not NOT not

"be as that may"

I think I noticed some weird tense things with the word stood as well- in at least two fics...the first time I just thought that it was a typo.

he stood or him stand NOT him stood

Absolutely fabulous. I love the way you portray Sarah and Jared, in this and Beltane Night - she's intelligent and fierce without being psychotic, and Jared's.. well, completely terrifying and as alien as he *should* be, and few people write him as. Hope to see you write more!

this is a great fanfic has every you could ever want in it snow danger romance hate .. all of tht jst makes it great ... i think it is safe to say this is the best so far i think anyways ... at first i was a tad annoyed with sarah being so annoying and not warming up to jareth but as soon as she did it got way better so well done

It was beautiful! I love both Jareth and Sarah's portrayal, both are very close to how I could imagine them being. I hope a sequel story comes out of this, leaving it this way is too much of a tease! Merry Christmas!

Your lab fics are always wonderful & this was certainly no exception. Beautifully written with such emotive & descriptive language that you feel like you're actually there alongside the haunting creature that is Jareth. Really, really loved it!

Wow - this is one of the best fanfics I have read in ages! I really though it captured the essence of Jareth (which has been sorely lacking in most other stories) and was a perfect story for the current season. Congralutions and I hope you write many more! Have a great Christmas and New Year
