I found the Straw Hats being oddly calm about the whole Luffy being captured situation kind of strange but then, it's Luffy they're worried about and he has a tendency of doing a ton of crazy things so they're used to it.

Hi! You updated so quickly, I'm happy I like the part with Ace, especially the part about freedom and his feeling when he discovered about Luffy's situation. I think it's IC his enoumous concern about Luffy, and I liked even Marco was thinking to save him somehow. I'd like now to see Jimbe and Iva's reaction too, I'm sure they would been worried too. I'm happy to see the Mugiwara together again, and see you decided not to change them (expecially poor Sanji T.T), but I wonder if you have a power up for them based on their islands... I think I have to wait to find out Maybe they're a little too quiet, seeing the situation, but it's not so OC: I mean, Luffy needs them, they had to not get panic! I wonder if you have someone else in ming to help Luffy: I'd like to see Kidd or Law try, but I think also it'll be a little strange... Weel, thanks you for this nice chapter Happy New Year!

You're very good at keeping everyone in character. It all sounded very natural.

The only advice I can offer is to watch your tenses. You either stick with past tense or present, don't alternate. :)

Don't forget Ivankov, somehow I don't see him just letting Luffy go. Dragon would totally kill him. Also, the crew seems a little too calm about the situation. They might not be hysterical, but I think that they would at least be grim. I certainly don't see Usopp and Chopper (the weak-willed of the group) enjoying a sundae. Usopp would prolly be spouting off all the worst possible scenarios (he defeated Perona for a reason).

On another note, as realistic as the Whitebeard pirates leaving Luffy behind is, I don't think it'd happen. Luffy is too inspiring of a character. I can't imagine that with the respect of Whitebeard, Jimbei, Ivankov, and even Crocodile (though not Buggy) nobody would go to significant lengths to retrieve him. If the invaders are weakened, the marines wouldn't be at their best either.

Implausibilities aside, yours is one of the few One Piece stories I can stand. It has a plot, an interesting one, without the usual insignificant romantic intrigues, OCs, and grammatical errors. Please continue.

Ace must be horrified, his worst fear has come true. Got to say im looking forward to the mugiwara break in to Imple Down. When Luffy did it it was amazing, so i can't even begin to think how epic its going to be with everyone else, expecially if the Whitebeard Kaizokudan help.

Nice I think that the strawhat crew reunited rather quickly. When Luffy begins his journey to impel down, only 6-7 days remain until Ace's execution.(I cant remember exactly though, sorry if this is inaccurate) So, the total number of days the strawhat crew has been separated is about 14 days (2 weeks). Now, considering that Robin is stuck in East Blue, Chopper is stuck in North Blue and the rest are somewhere in the Grand Line, it seems rather unlikely that they managed to get to Shabondy in 2 weeks, especially chopper. I don't mean for this to sound harsh, or for this to be intended as a flame, I'm just saying that you should look out for these kind of impossibilities. Other than that technical problem,the story continues to be great. Keep up the good work! xD

buggy is such a nami and usopp are brave enough, he should be to. Oh yah, can't wait for the next ch.

Hi! This is really wonderful! I liked so much how you had drescibed Luffy throught Sengoku's eyes, and the scene about Haki burst. I like Garp and Sengoku be so IC afterall. Amazing! I'm really curious to know who o when will come to rescue Rufy. I mean, sure the StrawHas, but Iva? Jinbe? Ace? They shoulnd't had left Rufy like this, shoulnd't they?
