I enjoyed all of Gertrar's musings in the outset, very in character. And loved the comparison to life as a roller coaster and realizing tracks are missing. I love the fact that you have Bonnie and Bear as best friends. I always thought on the show they would have made a very cute couple.

I LOVED this line. "That does it, Barry! Getraer mentally snapped at the Baricza-shaped hole in the air left by the officer's rapid departure." FUNNY!

I like how you build up the suspense and mystery surrounding Barry's actions. Another great twist in the plot and All the surveillance by the others is so fun. Barry is so sweet protecting those dogs. And Gertrar is great to offer him that apartment. Excellent storytelling!

This is a hilarious piece! I love how many wrong assumptions Getrear and his crew make, and the German Shepherd rescue by Baricza was beautiful! Being a dog lover myself, I love this story, and I just wish I could have gotten one of the litter. Really great work, and I'm looking forward to reading more by you. Bear is my favorite character, so little is written about him though. Thanks for writing such a fantastic sotry with my baby Bear!
