Not how I figured Toshiro to learn the truth. I would think that the old woman would keep silent on the matter and let Gin possibly inform him someday.

Poor Toshiro. Him finding out that the man who not only works for Aizen, but tried to kill his older sister is his father must be very depressing and angsty. I imagine him finding out that Rangiku is his mom would be the opposite and be hilarious.
