LOVING this so far. Imhotep isn't quite how I imagine him, but it still works. And you keep a great balance in the fact that Nephthys is a GODDESS playing mortal, without turning her into a Mary Sue. You have also done well with the gods personalities, and displaying working relationships between them, good or bad. It keeps them 'human,' if you get what I mean.

damn, that was a good story. seriously one of the best i've read, though i think i've said that before. i'm really sad to see it end, but i truly enjoyed it. i don't usually get so caught up in a fic the way i did in this one. very cool.

wow. that was a damn cool chapter. very intense. i got so into it. probably too much in fact. and i've turned into such a fangirl. every time i see a new chapter, i squeal. once again, you've made my day.

oh my goodness! That can't be the end! Please tell me you are writing another chapter! If this is the end may I say Bravo and fantastic story and still want more? Great chapter and I will be waiting in anticipation if you choose to write another!

Wow, that is all I can say, well that and write more soon. I love this story and have been reading it on my lunch break for the past three days. I love your use of the familiar chracters and the new ones you have created and embelished. I love your take on the Egyptian Gods giving them thier animal chracteristics in things like tatoos and eye shapre color and vocal patterns. I love this story and you have put me there in this story with the O'Connell's , Ardeth, and Imhotep. Can't wait for more.

i want to start off by saying i love you. i'm so used to my favorite fics getting dropped. it's so great to see a new chapter.

I can not express how much I would love it if you finished this story. It's truly one of the best I've read. Its _so_ well done, and the storyline is intriguing as all hell. I know it's been awhile since you last updated, but I can still hope. And possibly beg. Begging works too. Did I mention I love the story? Cuz I do.

I do have a qeustion though: in the scene where Nephthys and the other major dieties met by the Nile, why did you not choose to represent Anubis, Bastet, and Seth with their animal heads? It's not important to the story which way you decided to show them, I was just curious.

Aside from some grammatical mistakes, I absolutely love this story! It's been 6 months since an update; when're you gonna add more? Maybe some Amaya/Imhotep action? I'm a sucker for those scenes _

Oh dear. It seems that you haven't updated since April. Please do, I'm dying to find out what happens in the rest of the story.

This has really caught my attention. At firs, I went hunting for Ardeth-fics, and upon stumbling upon the summary "Ardeth's come to London to pay a visit to the O'Connells. But he's brought some really bad news with him" I grinned to myself and thought, 'okay, another Imhotep's back' fic. And it did turn out to be like that, but with a very, VERY nice twist.

I mean, Imhotep being re-incarnated (in a way) to live as an English businessman, and live right nextdoor to the O'Connells... briliant! Although at the start I was severely dissapointed with the lack of Ardeth, the suspense, humor, and plot of the story drew me in. So I kept on reading, and I got hooked.

But now I'm sad, to see you haven't updated in so long... I'll put you on my Alerts list, and I want to get an Alert that you've updated soon!
