I enjoyed these few moments with Jan by herself, and it seems Peter did too! There's just enough warmth there to suggest sibling affection, yet a subtle suggestion that maybe they're both remembering, to themselves, that they aren't *really* brother and sister, after all... You have a gift for writing about the Brady family, and I always enjoy your stories about them!

Good chapter. I was sorry to see it was a one-shot because I think you've got a great beginning of a story. I hope you'll reconsider and write more in this story. I could see it go many different ways. Keep up the good work!
