its great. alwyas wanted to read storys like this one. keep up the good work. i hope you have a sequil comeing for before the storm.

I thought I'd give some (hopefully) constructive criticism. Pellaeon is spelt Pellaeon, not Pelleaon. When using contractions, an apostrophe ' is placed where the missing letter would be. This is a frequent problem, especially in the early chapters. Also, words are frequently run together, which makes your story much more difficult to read. The grammer improves over the course of the story. May I suggest you edit the beginning for grammer and spelling?

There are also some other issues. I doubt very much that Grand Admiral Thrawn would tolerate being called son by an officer under his command, regardless of their respective ages because it is bad for discipline and is disrespectful. I also find myself wondering why Thrawn is ignoring the Empire of the Hand. It would be an excellent place to find money and materials, as well as ships and crew since it is largely undamaged by the war and Soontir Fel, who runs it, is a Thrawn partisan, who wants to get involved in the war against the Vong if he could find a way to do so without threatening destruction of the Empire of the Hand. Funneling supplies to Thrawn would be an excellent way for him to do this.

About Lomeir, he is a Zabrak, isn't he? I am mentioning this because at one point he is referred to as being human. Also, how is Lomeir learning force skills so rapidly without a trainer? Also, in order to build a lightsaber it is normally neccessary to have both force abilities and some training. This makes it unlikely that Thrawn's technicians would be able to produce one, especially a complex double-bladed one. Perhaps they found it?

I have to agree that with all the rumours of fake Thrawn's people seem to ccept him a little quickly. But I'm always eager for people to write about Thrawn, so don't get discouraged :)

This story sounded interesting off the bat, but then you went totally against continuality by including Chewbacca, even though he was killed on in the first New Jedi Order book, "Vector Prime".

Bringing Thrawn back without any explanation to how he avoided death in "The Last Command" is enough of a stretch. Bringing back Chewie as well is just too much.

You have to understand that the writers of the Star Wars books have worked very hard to ensure that their books do not contradict the movies or other books, to make sure that the entire Star Wars universe is one big story. To make too many changes in fan fiction is disrespectful to the professional writers.

I hope you include explanations in your later chapters. If not, please relabel this fic as AU

Good story. I love Thrawn fics, but if I were you I would add the word "Thrawn" to your summary of "Fury of the Admiral", so that Thrawn fans can find it^^

So far the writer's block hasnt affected me yet, but Im away from my PC, so writing will be delayed for a few days... I really want to finish the following few chapters though.

Have you hacked my PC lol? Every time I write a story I make a rough tour, that shocked thrawn finding out about the 250 sectors "he" conquered was one of my initial ideas. Anyway, upcoming news: Imploder-armed 'Reaper' incoming! ;)

And ofcourse, a massive battle + duel between Lomeir and Luke to seal off this part of the 'Fury of the Admiral' Trilogy. So far, the upcoming stories are 'Before the Storm' sequel to FotA, and 'Hail to the Conqueror', final story in this trilogy. ;) but ofcourse, thats just my wild fantasy, its not 100% for granted, but its in the plans.

Great chapter! The detail of the Imperial March was cool :) And Miles and Ivan are fantastic. Thinking about the previous chapter, I came up with a question... Does Thrawn know about the base at Nirauan, and everything his clone did in the Unknown Regions? Because if he doesn't, it could be a big surprise for him to discover it...
