I totally and completely LOVE the way you portray Daxter and Jak's relationship. It's like their just two halves of the whole, but not in a yaoi, lovey-dovey sort of way. They depend on one another, and the depth of emotion you put into that is just fabulous.

Ah! I love it! It's so beautiful, and it explains absolutely everything. I love the beginning, with Daxter warning whatever poor sap Jak was getting mad at.

And of course, the poking of Jak's height/lack thereof. Teehee.

Nice idea. I have to get used to a Daxter narrative with this much focus (most write him with attention deficit) but it still sounds like him. :) And I really liked the line that summed up how Jak grounds Daxter, and brings him back to reality while Daxter does the opposite for Jak. It really explains their dynamic well.

This is one of the best Daxter's-point-of-view-about-Jak oneshot-thingie stories I've ever read

This is good! Fics like these that get into Daxter's head about how he sees Jak now and such are good, but I think this one is more true to Daxter's character than other are, so you did very well there. :)

The bit about Jak's rare smile was actually an nice touch, because Jak never really does smile -he rarely smirks at the most. So yes, this was good, and I did enjoy it. :D
